On this coming December, Roxas city and the province of Capiz will be holding there yearly fiesta celebration, the "Sinadya sa Halaran" in honor of there patron saint Immaculate Concepcion. Through the support of both city and province officials this 2009 they are be dealing more exciting events that will make Capiz proud. This festival was made in order to promote Capiz as one good place in the Philippines. Every year The Sinadya sa Halaran festival is making there improvement in order to attract tourist and promote Capiz in the whole world. Capizeño people are hospitable and respectful that's why you are safe while you are witnessing their fiesta celebration.
